Investigator Leader at Police Area Greater Gothenburg
Police Area Greater Gothenburg is looking for a dedicated investigator leader responsible for handling incoming cases. In this role, you plan and lead the work at the local police area and drive the operations forward with a focus on safety and crime reduction.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate incoming cases
- Make decisions in investigations
- Supervise the investigation process
- Ensure that deadlines are met
- Drive collaboration with the investigation department
Qualifications:
- Police degree or other relevant education
- Investigator leader training
- At least 12 months of work experience
- Knowledge of STATUS and KUPOL
- Driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish
Meritorious: Advanced investigator leader training, experience in a supervisory role, good understanding of the principle of aspiration.
Personal qualities:
Analytical, communicative, holistic view, calm under stress, inspiring leadership style, open to development.
